<li>お好みでニンニクチューブ　少々</li>

<p>①水菜をよく洗い、３～４ｃｍくらいの幅に切ります。</p>

<p>②沸騰したお湯でさっと湯がき（周りがフツフツと再沸騰するくらいまで）、ざるにあけ水で冷やします。</p>

<p>③水気を絞ってボウルに移し、鶏がらスープの素、砂糖、塩、ごま油、ゴマを加え良く混ぜ、味付けします。</p>

<li>塩　　　少々</li>
<li>砂糖　　小さじ1/2</li>
<li>鶏がらスープの素(中華味) 小さじ1/2</li>

<li>ごま油　小さじ1/2</li>
<li>お好みでニンニクチューブ　少々</li>

<p>キャベツを太目の千切りにし、さっと湯がきます。</p>
<p>水気を絞ってボウルに入れゴマを加え、鶏がらスープの素、塩、砂糖、ごま油で味付けし、良く混ぜます。（お好みでチューブニンニクも加えて下さいね。）</p>
<p>消毒した器に入れて完成。</p>
